New sun2roof® installation in Germany

A successful green partnership

The established cooperation between meeco and MEDIAN Group with the aim of increasing environmental sustainability has led to the planning and successful implementation of a new sun2roof® installation in Germany, specifically a PV system with 91.52 kWp of power. The system has been successfully installed on the roof of the MEDIAN Therapy Center in Grefrath and was recently put into operation.

Cutting-Edge Technology and Design

This sun2roof® installation consists of the latest and most efficient Fronius inverters and 208 Tier-1 Bifacial Glass-Glass PV modules, each providing an output of 430 watts. These modules were mounted using patented mounting structures from Sunavi System.

New sun2roof® installation in Germany: Environmental and Economic Impact

Annually, the sun2roof® installation in Germany will generate approximately 82 MWh, significantly protecting the environment by reducing more than 24.5 tons of CO2 emissions per year. This aligns perfectly with MEDIAN Group’s commitment to reducing carbon emissions by 25% by 2025 and achieving a self-consumption rate of at least 80% for each center where PV is installed.

Expanding the Partnership

The meeco Group has also been entrusted with the planning and commissioning of further sun2roof® installations across additional properties of MEDIAN clinics. These future installations will further contribute significantly to achieving the green target of carbon emissions reduction.
