ENERGY INDEPENDENCE IN INDIA

Education needs electricity! In 2015 meeco has installed a 13.4 kWp PV sun2roof rooftop installation at the Shiv Public School in Gurgaon, India. With the benefits from our intelligent solar energy management and storage solution sun2safe, the facility is now able to produce, manage and store its own energy. Faced with an unreliable grid, the school has been long dependent on generating power from diesel generators. meeco has supported the school directors in achieving their goal of independence from this air and noise polluting energy source. By providing education institutions with access to eco-friendly energy, we encourage next generations to assimilate the value of sustainability and inspire young people to become guardians of the environment.
